MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Surgical Oncology (MS/MD in Surgical Oncology or equivalent).

Valid medical registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.

Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in a hospital or cancer center setting.

Proven experience in performing complex oncologic surgical procedures with demonstrated surgical precision and patient safety.

Strong knowledge of cancer staging systems (TNM), treatment protocols, and multidisciplinary management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to counsel patients and families on surgical options and outcomes.

Proficiency in using electronic medical records and surgical documentation systems.

Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace and participate in on-call rotations.
