Key Responsibilities

Manage complete MEP execution for commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals.

Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Utility services.

Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, statutory requirements, and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and utility agencies.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Review shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and inspection requests.

Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.

Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, National Electrical Code,



and Fire & Safety regulations.

Prepare progress reports, MIS, project schedules, and budget monitoring reports.

Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.

Ensure adherence to EHS standards and project quality requirements.

Lead and mentor site engineers and MEP supervisors.
