About the Role

We are looking for passionate and target-driven Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students, provide course counselling, and convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students through phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls, and offline meetings.

Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Maintain student records and update the CRM.

Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication and counselling skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Offline Academic Counsellor

CTC:



₹1.8 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
