Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA (Finance) Freshers to join our GST & e-Invoicing Support team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn GST and e-Invoicing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for Focus Softnet GST & e-Invoicing solutions.
- Resolve customer queries related to GST, e-Invoicing, finance, and accounting processes.
- Assist customers through phone, email, and online sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate in product training and continuously enhance GST & e-Invoicing knowledge.
- Requirements
- MBA in Finance (Freshers welcome).
- Good understanding of accounting, finance, GST, and taxation concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of GST/e-Invoicing applications is an added advantage.
