About The Role The Supply Chain Planner role at P&G; is a vital position responsible for managing and optimizing the company's inventory and production planning processes. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end supply planning cycle, ensuring that inventory levels align with customer service expectations and operational efficiencies.

This role requires collaboration across multiple functions, including logistics, manufacturing, and sales, to develop strategies that mitigate risks, improve performance KPIs, and support new product launches or capacity expansions.

The Supply Chain

Planner will be instrumental in maintaining the balance between demand and supply, analyzing data to forecast needs accurately, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in supply chain management, with prior experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Proficiency in SAP APO, ECC (particularly MM, PP, or SD modules), and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)



is essential.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, are required to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders across organizational levels. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for interpreting complex data to inform decision-making.

Experience working within a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholder relationships is highly valued.

Additional desirable qualifications include familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, KNIME, or RPA, and prior experience in the FMCG sector, which can provide a competitive edge in understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Execute the comprehensive supply planning process, including inventory management, requirements planning, production scheduling, and material requisitioning to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain precise finished goods inventory targets at the SKU level, based on service level objectives, forecast accuracy, and replenishment lead times.
- Monitor and deliver key performance indicators such as customer fill rate, inventory levels, and cost targets to ensure operational excellence.
- Act as a key interface between stock replenishment, manufacturing, operations, and logistics teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Identify potential supply chain risks such as manufacturing delays,



material shortages, or demand surges; proactively resolve issues or escalate as necessary to minimize impact.
- Manage and support projects that influence the supply chain, including new product launches, capacity expansions, or process improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional teams dedicated to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
