About the job

Key responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone calls to understand their loan requirements and explain suitable loan products
Generate and qualify leads by scheduling follow-ups, collecting basic customer information, and maintaining accurate record
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while delivering excellent customer service and coordinating with the sales team for loan processing.

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

Variable pay: ₹ 70,000 - 1,00,000 /year
