About the job
Generate inquiries and drive sales for gearboxes and power transmission devices while building solid product and brand awareness across the assigned region
Develop and maintain direct relationships with OEM motor customers, executing aggressive followup strategies to achieve brand switchovers and expand market share
Partner with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute advertising campaigns, select effective media channels, and represent the company at trade fairs and industrial exhibitions
Lead the design and distribution of product literature and coordinate mass marketing activities (offline and online)
Train and mentor representatives and service engineers, ensuring alignment with sales and service objectives
Collaborate with the Product Engineering Group to support new product development and customerspecific customizations
Maintain and manage a structured inquiry database to track leads, customer interactions, and conversion metrics
Support Sales and Marketing with business cases,
product inputs, and servicerelated requirements
Contribute to organizational growth through training initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong technical understanding of gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems
Proven ability to interface with OEM customers and deliver business growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and crossfunctional collaboration skills
Earn certifications in these skills
