Job Description

Fiber Plan: support, monitoring and search for alternatives to the most sustainable fibers in the country, for options considered Best in the Brand strategy.




Partner with suppliers to communicate brand requirements, provide guidance on compliance expectations, and support the implementation of initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
Manage social compliance across Zara Home manufacturing units in India, ensuring adherence to labor laws, ethical standards and company policies.
Track and monitor Corrective Action Plans to ensure timely closure of audit findings, strengthen supplier compliance performance, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing units

Qualifications
Robust interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Adaptable to travel to Pan India supplier units
Ensure to always adhere to Inditex COC and Ethics requirements .
Ensuring confidentiality of all the information & documents

Additional Information

Experience 5-10yrs

Qualification Bachelor/master's degree with work experience in Supply chain social audits (including in raw materials supply chain).

Language skills Very good verbal and written control of English and Hindi
