Job Description Position: Divisional Business Manager – North
/n Division: Sales & Marketing – Field Crops

/n HQ: Sohna (covering UP, Haryana, Rajasthan & MP)

/n Purpose: Lead divisional sales and marketing operations to drive growth, market expansion, product launches, and execution excellence across maize, pearl millet, and mustard.
/n Key Responsibilities:
/n /n Business Planning: Develop and execute divisional business plans, drive sales performance, manage forecasting, budgets, and reporting.
/n Market Strategy: Conduct crop‐wise market analysis, identify current variety prospects, lead product registrations and launches.
/n Marketing: Implement divisional campaigns, field promotions, and branding initiatives to strengthen farmer engagement and market penetration.
/n Team Leadership: Guide field managers, deploy and manage field force, ensure cross‐functional coordination for seamless execution.
/n Administration: Monitor receivables, ensure compliance, and maintain operational efficiency.

/n /n Qualifications & Experience: /n /n Graduate/Post‐graduate in Agriculture or Horticulture.

/n 15+ years of relevant sales & marketing experience in field crops.
