/n Ywork.ai is a UK-based AI company taking on one of the biggest problems in the $11 trillion global construction industry: estimation. Our platform automates quantity takeoffs, helping contractors across the US and UK save responsible time and estimate more accurately.
We're founded by an IIM Ahmedabad graduate and an ex-VP of Barclays, who between them have built companies across IoT, industrial tech, and Fin Tech before going all-in on AI. We're backed by globally recognised investors, including Speedinvest, Concrete Ventures, Plug and Play and other global VCs, whose combined portfolio value exceeds $60 billion.

The team is young, Gen Z, and growing 20% month on month. As a trainee, you'll work straight with the founders, get a real say in what you do, and own your work from day one. If you like talking to people, want to travel and want to learn how sales actually works, you'll fit right in.

/n What You'll Do




/n /n Run real outbound sales for our AI product across the US and UK construction industry
/n Research markets and customer profiles
/n Run email and Linked In campaigns
/n Find and qualify leads, and set up meetings with international clients
/n Support demos and follow-ups, and keep the CRM updated
/n /n What We're Looking For
/n /n Final-year students or recent grads, BBA/B. Com/MBA preferred
/n Fluent English, spoken and written
/n Confident and comfortable talking to people
/n Curious about sales, SaaS, or international markets
/n /n Why You'll Love It
