We are looking for experienced SFMC Next professionals with solid hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360, Salesforce Personalization, Agentforce, and campaign operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on customer data, audience segmentation, personalization, campaign execution, and Salesforce platform integrations in client-facing environments.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Hands-on experience setting up Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) for Business Units.
Experience with Flow Builder for campaign development.
Hands-on with Platform Events, Apex, and LWC.
Experience working with CMS Workspaces in Business Units.
Experience with Agentforce for campaigns and segmentation.
Solid experience with Data 360 Data Spaces, Data Graphs, Identity Resolution, and Segmentation.
Experience with data synchronization between Salesforce Objects and Data 360 Data Model Objects.
Experience with Salesforce Personalization, Audience Segmentation & Activation.
Strong understanding of Contact Management,



Data Management, and Data Modelling.
Campaign performance reporting, optimization, and campaign operations.
Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel engagement.
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and functional designs.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have
Data 360 and broader Agentforce ecosystem experience.
Experience with MCN transition/coexistence with legacy Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPscript, APIs, JSON, Data Graphs, and marketing data integration.
Understanding of privacy, consent, and data governance.
