Office Manager cum MIS Expert

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of skilled experience
Must be conversant in typing, computer operations, and MS Office software

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative and logistical support
Provide back-end support to field staff, including documentation, data entry, and MIS reporting
Maintain and update databases, records, and project documentation in electronic and physical formats
Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, letters, and registers using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
Support project staff in preparation of monthly progress reports, work plans, and technical documentation
Ensure smooth communication between project office and field teams
Maintain proper filing and backup of digital and hard copy records
Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and project-related events





Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to support multiple teams and manage office resources efficiently
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
