/n Key Responsibilities: /n Drive franchise acquisition and regional business expansion across East India

/n Identify and onboard potential franchise partners
/n Develop strong regional sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
/n Conduct business meetings, presentations, and site visits
/n Build long-term relationships with franchise partners and investors
/n Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities
/n Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding and operations

/n Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and business forecasts

/n Preferred Candidate Profile:



/n Proven experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / Expansion Sales

/n Strong understanding of East India markets and regional networks
/n Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
/n Comfortable with extensive travel and field sales operations
/n Ability to work independently and manage regional growth initiatives
/n Experience in Education / Preschool / Early Childhood Education is an added advantage
