/n Utilise creative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

/n Research: /n Publish research findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.

/n Establish a strong,



externally funded research program aligned with departmental strengths and priorities.

/n Other: /n Participate in departmental, college, and university committees and activities.

/n Engage with skilled organisations to promote engineering.

/n Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the department and the broader engineering community.

/n Qualifications: /n Minimum M. Tech. in ECE/Electronics Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

/n Ph.D. Candidates with prior teaching experience in Engineering Colleges will be preferred.

/n Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
