/n /n Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all group projects.
/n Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all hospitality projects.
/n Manage current hotel developments, renovations, expansions, conversions, and refurbishments.
/n Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines.

/n Drive project execution from concept to handover.

/n /n 2. Timely Delivery of Projects
/n /n Ensure all projects are delivered within committed timelines.
/n Develop project schedules, critical paths, and milestone trackers.
/n Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays.
/n Implement corrective action plans to recover timelines.

/n Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.
