Role Summary

As a Supply Chain Solution Architect, you will:

- Lead strategy execution to ensure high customer satisfaction across ongoing supply chain technology projects.
- Deliver consulting engagements in Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP;, Distribution Planning, MRP, Inventory Optimization, Replenishment, and Network Design.
- Guide clients on industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and geographically dispersed teams.
- Assist in solution adoption—from selection to implementation and change management.




- Build practice capabilities by contributing to pre-sales, solution development, and reusable asset creation.
- Provide leadership to consultants, ensuring discipline, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Bring structure to ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Educational Qualifications
- Robust academic background from reputed engineering and management institutions.

Required Skills

Supply Chain Expertise

- Deep understanding of planning processes: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;, Inventory Optimization.
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with exposure to technology platforms.
- Flexibility to work across different supply chain technologies (training provided as needed).

Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong data analysis capabilities; proficiency in R, Python, SQL preferred.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Leadership & Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and multi-tasking abilities.
