Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution Implement systems to support the demand and supply planning process by providing planners with automated tools to access and analyze data captured throughout the supply chain. Purchase Order / Sales Order / Stock Transfer Order / Move Order Request creation & tracking (Shipment / Receipt / GLO (Global Logistics Operations) tracking/GLO escalation)
Updating Itray WoW tracking file for SRs (Sourcing Rules)
NPI (Recent Product Introduction) - Sustaining transition status report
OTS (Ontime Tracking Shipment) Dashboard maintain and updating
CPU S/D (Central Processing Unit Supply Demand) Dashboard Report
Various RR (Requirement Request) related reporting, such as To-go SDM (Supply Demand Matching) report creation and distribution, RR data validation report, Excess report, Master data check report
Weekly WSR (Weekly Supply Review) deck maintain and creation
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for planning and execution initiatives, align priorities and highlight risks
Manage open tickets and / or bugs, assign to relevant stakeholders for execution and closure
Support to establish and maintain standards, processes, and procedures
Metrics reporting, escalation management, drive root cause analysis for data issues
Work with team to conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve escalations
