We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory planning, logistics, vendor coordination, warehousing, and operational efficiency while ensuring smooth business continuity and cost optimization.

This role requires solid analytical capabilities, execution focus, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build scalable supply chain processes in a quick-moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the complete supply chain lifecycle including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Develop supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate demand forecasting to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with suppliers and service providers.
- Track key supply chain metrics and identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure timely movement of goods while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies across supply chain functions.




- Manage warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination.
- Handle escalation management related to supply delays, inventory issues, or operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS related to procurement, inventory, and supply chain performance.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and company policies across supply chain activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, vendor management, and logistics operations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems, supply chain tools, or inventory management platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and operational data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, or industrial sectors.
- Exposure to supply chain automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Operations will be an added advantage.
