Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in Supply Chain Planning to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supply chain planning processes, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to deliver projects on time and align business objectives with operational outcomes.

- Lead end-to-end project management for supply chain planning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and IT.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive project governance by tracking progress, resolving issues, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support supply chain planning processes, including demand planning,



supply planning, inventory planning, and production planning.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of best practices.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports.
- Coordinate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of project deliverables.

Skills Required

- 5 years of experience in Project Management with a strong Supply Chain Planning background.
- Hands-on experience in one or more planning functions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Material Planning, Production Planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;).
- Strong project planning, execution, and risk management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
