We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive / Senior Executive to join our growing team.
Location: Head Office, Jaipur
Key ResponsibilitiesPacking Material Management
- Monitor current stock levels
- Plan material utilization
- Manage inventory efficiently
- Plan new orders and reorder quantities
Core Supply Chain Operations
- Manage packing material cylinders
- Monitor and dispose of obsolete or unused packing materials
- Coordinate payment follow-ups and account reconciliation with packing material suppliers
- Conduct physical stock verification at depots, including repacking standardization
- Visit seed cold storage facilities for stock monitoring and analysis
- Coordinate and supervise seed packing operations at supplier premises
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out)
across warehouses
- Track the complete order cycle—from order receipt to invoicing, dispatch, delivery, and lead-time monitoring
- Obtain delivery confirmations from customers
- Investigate and resolve wrong dispatch, short dispatch, and product mismatch cases
- Manage clearance of damaged and non-saleable inventory
- Track primary and secondary freight costs
- Prepare and share inventory reports with the sales team
- Manage the secondary freight credit note process
Preferred Skills ✔ Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management
✔ Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Reporting)
✔ Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
✔ Analytical thinking with solid attention to detail
✔ Effective communication skills
Qualification
? Graduate in any discipline
? MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics will be preferred
Experience
? 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management
