As Supply chain consultant specialized in Planning domain (IBP, S&OP; etc.), you will work with some of our leading clients in the latest applications of Supply Chain Analytics, Solutions, Platforms, and advanced ML to solve complex business problems.

On a typical workday, you could be doing one or more of the following:

- Work on the planned activities along with the CoE team of the client, whose team members would be working from

multiple locations across the globe.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic and operational plans, identifying gaps, and

recommending solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Automate data processing workflows to enhance data visibility for planning and forecasting activities
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations for inventory, supply chain

cost, and SLA optimizations.
- Participate in client workshops on specific themes in supply chain modeling or process improvement activities.

There could be other consultants from Supply Chain platform providers.
- Thorough understanding of planning data and ability to analysis right levers and drive insights for Business
- Understanding the logic flows of how Planning tools (O9, BY, Kinaxis, APO etc.)



are configured as-is and working on

the to-be process and logics for the new supply chain planning platform.
- Work with client data engineering and data science team for ensuring the data adequacy and quality is as per requirement.

Required Skills:

- Thorough understanding of Supply Chain Planning and analytics with knowledge of one of planning tool

modules ( Demand Planning , Supply Planning , Inventory Planning etc.)
- Domain understanding of applicability of IBP / S&OP; process .
- Leverage SQL, PySpark, and Databricks to perform advanced data analytics on supply chain KPIs, forecasting, and

inventory management is a plus
- Positive understanding of SAP ERP (ECC/HANA) and its data sources would be advantageous.
- Knowledge at supply chain data level granularity , retrieval , harmonizing and analysis to create logical data set is a

must
- Proficient in knowledge in Advanced SQL . Good to have experience in Databricks and Pyspark.
- Had worked or having high level knowledge of one of hyperscaler Azure , AWS, CCP will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with client middle and senior management teams across the

globe.
- Ability to lead teams (internal and analysts from client) and manage the expectations on regular basis.
