Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Success Architect – Service Cloud to support our most strategic customers. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on solution design, architecture, and best practices, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term success of Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with high-priority customers to assess Service Cloud implementations and provide strategic recommendations
- Drive solution design, architecture, and application lifecycle management
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) for Service Cloud
- Simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and business stakeholders
- Identify design gaps and recommend innovative solutions or product enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Support, and Product teams
- Contribute to long-term customer success, reliability, and feature adoption
- Work in alignment with AMER time zones (EST/PST)

Basic Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, products, and best practices
- Experience with large-scale SaaS/PaaS implementations and multi-tier architectures
- Robust understanding of enterprise integration,



data management, AI, analytics, and security
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to present technical concepts to business and executive audiences

Desired Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud features and configurations
- Experience in data modeling, governance, and ETL processes
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica)
- Knowledge of security models (roles, profiles, permission sets)
- Experience with APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of scalable architecture and performance optimization
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and system integrations
