Key Responsibilities

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for:

Evaluating AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, technical correctness, and domain relevance.

Creating, reviewing, and improving domain-specific Question & Answer (Q&A;) datasets.

Solving complex subject-specific problems and providing expert reasoning.

Identifying factual inaccuracies, logical inconsistencies, and knowledge gaps in AI-generated content.

Providing constructive feedback to improve AI model performance.

Reviewing scientific, academic, and technical content for quality and accuracy.

Analyzing images, diagrams, charts, graphs, tables, and technical documents where applicable.

Following project guidelines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.





Completing assigned tasks within specified timelines while ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) in the relevant domain is mandatory.

Strong academic and research background.

Demonstrated expertise in the selected domain.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written English communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Solid attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Selection Process The recruitment process consists of the following stages:

Confirmation of Interest – Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to confirm their availability and interest.

Pre-Hiring Assessment – Upon confirmation, the Project Team will share a Pre-Hiring Assessment to evaluate your domain expertise, analytical skills, and technical knowledge.

Project Team Evaluation – Assessment results will be reviewed by the Project Team.

Onboarding – Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will proceed with the onboarding process.

Note: Only shortlisted candidates will receive the Pre-Hiring Assessment. Final selection is based on profile evaluation, assessment performance, and project requirements.
