Role Description The Style Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience in the store. This role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending handbags and accessories that align with their style and needs.
The Style
Advisor will support customers with styling tips, product features, and brand storytelling to build loyalty and drive sales. Daily tasks include maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring stock is well-presented, handling customer queries and feedback, and assisting with billing and basic inventory checks.
The role also requires collaborating with the store team to meet sales targets and represent the MIRAGGIO brand in a professional and inclusive manner.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized styling advice.
- Interest in fashion, accessories, and current trends, with the ability to translate brand aesthetics into practical recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers.
- Basic sales and retail operations skills, such as handling point-of-sale systems, supporting visual merchandising, and assisting with inventory checks.
- Attention to detail and a polished, brand-appropriate appearance, with a qualified and respectful approach to all customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Pune City, with flexibility to cover weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in fashion, styling, or retail management is an advantage.
