We’re looking for passionate Student Mentors to join our growing team at YouLeap Edu.

YouLeap is building a different approach to study abroad — Career First. University Next. Our team works across global study destinations with a strong focus on career mapping, profile-building, scholarships, strategic admissions, and premium/top-ranking university applications.

What you’ll do

- Counsel and mentor students planning to study abroad
- Understand their career goals, academic profile, and preferences
- Guide course, country, and university selection
- Manage student and parent communication
- Maintain consistent lead follow-ups
- Coordinate with admissions and application teams
- Support students throughout their study-abroad journey

Who we’re looking for
- Experience in study abroad / education counselling is preferred




- Strong communication and student-handling skills
- Good follow-up and relationship-building ability
- Career-focused and student-first mindset
- Willingness to continuously learn new countries, universities, and opportunities
