Role Description The Study Abroad Accommodation Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves helping students secure safe, suitable, and cost-effective accommodation in their destination countries, including evaluating housing options, coordinating with providers, and advising on contracts and policies. The expert will communicate with students and families to understand preferences and budgets, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through booking and documentation processes.

The role includes maintaining updated knowledge of accommodation markets near major universities, building and managing relationships with housing partners, and tracking student feedback to improve services.



The expert will collaborate with internal teams such as admissions, counseling, and post-landing support to ensure a seamless student journey.

Qualifications

- Experience in student housing, relocation services, travel, or study abroad advisory, with the ability to assess accommodation options for safety, accessibility, and affordability.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to counsel students and families, manage expectations, and handle queries across phone, email, and digital platforms.

- Organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple student cases, maintain records, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer service mindset, including problem-solving skills, empathy, and a focus on delivering positive experiences for diverse student populations.

- Comfort with using online tools, booking platforms, CRM systems, and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documentation).

- Understanding of international education processes and common student needs in destination countries; prior exposure to Ed-Tech or study abroad services is an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline;

education in business, humanities, or international relations is preferred but not mandatory.

- Willingness to work on-site in Noida, with flexibility to handle peak admission and intake seasons.
