Role Description The Studio Manager will oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring projects are planned, resourced, and executed on time and within scope. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi includes coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and maintaining clear communication among team members, clients, and external partners.

The Studio

Manager will handle client inquiries, support sales activities, and maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities also include monitoring project status, implementing efficient workflows, maintaining studio facilities and inventory, and preparing status reports for leadership. The role requires proactive problem-solving, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,



and a focus on creating a structured, supportive environment for the creative team.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and basic People Management capabilities to guide, motivate, and support studio staff.
- Sales and Client Relationship Management skills to help grow business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, prioritization, and monitoring deliverables and budgets.
- Relevant experience in an architecture or interior design studio, agency, or creative operations workplace is preferable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common productivity and project tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
