About Us

Educatsio is a growing dance and music academy committed to providing high-quality training in a professional and inspiring environment. We are looking for a passionate, organized, and proactive Studio Coordinator to become an important part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle calls, Walk-ins, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into trial classes and admissions.
- Coordinate student schedules and trial classes.
- Manage fee collections and maintain student records.
- Coordinate with instructors and support daily studio operations.
- Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in events, workshops, and academy activities.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp,



and emails.
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, administration, or hospitality is preferred.
- Experience in Dance and Music will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on experience and final interview)
