Role Description The Studio Associate is the organizing force that keeps the studio’s creative momentum running smoothly while maintaining structure and clarity. This full-time, in office role in Indore involves coordinating client communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly.

The Studio

Associate will support production coordination by tracking project timelines, managing deliverables, and aligning internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with content planning, supporting content strategy discussions, documenting decisions, and helping maintain calm and focus during busy periods.



This role calls for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, relationship management, and professional correspondence.
- Ability to manage conversations and meetings, take structured notes, and ensure accurate documentation and follow-through.
- Experience in production coordination or project management, with skills in organizing tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Exposure to or interest in content strategy, brand storytelling, and creative processes in a studio or agency setting.
- Demonstrated calm under pressure, with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in common productivity and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Relevant education or experience in communications, marketing, design, media, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Indore and collaborating closely with cross-functional creative and strategy teams.
