Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Counselor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will guide students in selecting suitable academic programs, explain admission procedures, and support them throughout the enrollment process for both Indian and international education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding undergraduate, postgraduate, online, and international education programs.

- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable courses.

- Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.

- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.





- Assist students with application forms and document collection.

- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM or admission management system.

- Coordinate with university partners and the admissions team.

- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets while maintaining high service standards.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Experience in education counseling, admissions, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
