Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely information on student visa requirements, processes, and documentation for countries such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and others.

Prepare and review visa applications to ensure completeness and compliance with student visa rules and regulations.

Maintain a deep understanding of changing student visa policies and updates from embassies and government agencies.

Guide students in organizing required documents including financials, SOPs, academic records, and language test results.

Communicate regularly with students to provide updates on application progress and next steps.

Collaborate with admission processors to ensure compliance with admission requirements and timely offer letter updates.

Maintain accurate student records, case notes, and follow-up details in student management systems.

Manage end-to-end application processing, documentation, and regular follow-ups with students and institutions.

Organize, coordinate, and conduct student seminars and webinars to provide guidance and increase awareness.





Handle promotional calls and execute promotional campaigns through emails and broadcast.

Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B acquisition and student conversion targets as per the company’s goals.

Track performance metrics and ensure partner satisfaction and engagement. Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the overseas education industry or an education consultancy environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English.

High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
