Structural QC Engineer - Fabrication Erection 3-8 Years Location Bellari Karnataka Job Type Contract - 4 Months Project Site Based We are hiring an experienced Structural QC Engineer for a 4-month industrial project in Bellari Karnataka The role involves QA QC surveillance for structural fabrication and erection activities in accordance with project specifications and relevant codes Responsibilities Inspect structural fabrication and erection of beams columns pipe racks platforms and related assemblies Review drawings WPS PQR welding maps and ITPs before execution Perform stage inspections fit-up visual welding dimensional and final inspections Monitor welding processes consumables and welder qualification validity Verify MTCs and ensure material traceability Raise NCRs and assist in corrective action implementation Prepare inspection reports and QC documentation Coordinate with contractors and client QA QC team for approvals and clearances Ensure compliance with AWS ASME IS codes and project quality requirements Required Skills Experience Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Engineering 3-8 years QA QC experience in structural fabrication and erection Knowledge of NDT methods VT PT MT UT - Level II preferred Robust documentation and communication skills Experience in Oil Gas Refinery Power Industrial Projects preferred Work Schedule Full-time - Site Based 4 Months Project Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 4 months Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
