Position: Structural Engineer

Experience: Minimum 7 years in residential & commercial building projects

Preferred Experience: Experience with SABIC projects

Salary: SAR 6,500 to 7,500

Key Responsibilities:

- Structural Design: Develop and design structural systems for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring they meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the structural engineering aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on structural engineering matters, including load calculations, material selection, and building code compliance.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure high standards of structural integrity and safety.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors,



and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of structural elements in building designs.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve structural issues during construction, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed structural engineering reports, calculations, and documentation for all phases of projects.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in structural engineering within the residential and commercial building sectors.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience working on SABIC projects will be highly regarded.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000)
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
