Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering

Experience: 1-2 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Structural Designer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in structural analysis, design, and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures. The role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and close coordination with project execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures using ETABS and SAFE software.
- Prepare structural design calculations, drawings, and detailed engineering documentation.
- Design and draft structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, retaining walls, and steel members.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes) and industry best practices.
- Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site execution teams for smooth project implementation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor structural work, resolve technical issues, and provide design support when required.




- Review construction drawings and provide timely technical clarifications.
- Ensure quality, safety, and cost-effective design solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in ETABS and SAFE for structural analysis and design.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and Steel Structure Design.
- Good understanding of relevant IS Codes and Design Standards.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for structural drafting and detailing.
- Ability to prepare structural calculations and technical reports.

Soft Skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and project coordination.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in structural design consultancy, construction, or engineering projects.
- Exposure to residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated professional with a commitment to quality and timely project delivery.
