We are seeking an experienced Python Automation Lead with robust expertise in ETL Testing, SQL, and Data Testing Automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking end-to-end ownership of designing, developing, and implementing a scalable Python-based Data Testing Automation Framework. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on coding expertise, and a good understanding of data validation processes within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Data Testing Automation solutions using Python.
- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks for ETL and data validation testing.
- Perform end-to-end testing of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
- Develop reusable automation scripts and utilities for data quality validation.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data reconciliation and verification.
- Collaborate with Business, Development,



and QA teams to understand testing requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Drive automation strategy, best practices, and framework adoption across projects.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on automation initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity, quality, and test coverage.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python Automation Development.
- Expertise in ETL Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, and Data Validation.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and implementing Data Testing Automation Frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Database Testing concepts.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Securities Processing domains.
- Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and reporting systems.
