We are seeking aDataAnalyst,Operating Model TransformationtosupporttheInternal Consulting team of Aon Business Services (ABS)on the design and delivery of a multi-yearstrategicoperating model transformation.Based inIndiaand reportingto theDirectorofInternal Consulting, this roleprovides analysis, insights and reporting needed todesign,implementandmonitorAon'sfuture operating model.This role willpartner closely withinternal consultants,projectmanagersandfunctional stakeholderstoturn raw data into clear, actionable outcomes.

What the day will look like

Data Collection,Analysis & Insight Generation

- Work with transformation, operations, and technology teams to understand required datasets (finance, operations, client, workforce, etc.)

- Extract, clean, andvalidatedata from multiple systems and sources, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency

- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to understandcurrent‑stateperformance, drivers, and pain points (e.g.,capacityutilization,cost-to-serve, FTE allocation)

- Identifytrends, patterns, and anomalies, and translate them into clear insights and implications for decision-makers

- Support implementation of common data standards and controls across the transformation program

Reporting, Dashboards & Visualization
- Develop andmaintainstandard reports and dashboards (e.g., KPI dashboards, progress tracking, benefits realization,riskand issue summaries)

- Use visualization tools (e.g., Power BI / Excel / other approved tools) to present complex data in an intuitive way for senior stakeholders





- Automate recurring reporting where possible to reduce manual effort and improve reliability

- Ensure that reporting is aligned to the overall governance and PMO framework (cadence, formats, and definitions)

Operating Model Design & Implementation Support
- Provide analytical inputto supportend-to-enddesign ofthe target operating modelacross Aon's Solution Lines, Business Units and Functions

- Support workstream leads with ad hoc analysis to inform decisions on scope, sequencing, and resourcing

- Contribute to pilot and rollout measurement plans (baseline vs.future‑stateKPIs, adoption metrics, stabilization criteria)

- Analyzepost‑implementationperformance tovalidatebenefits,identifygaps, and inform continuous improvement

Stakeholder Collaboration & Ways of Working
- Collaborate daily with colleagues across time zones, ensuring effective handovers and clear communication

- Participate in working sessions, workshops, and review meetings to present findings and answer data-related questions

- Proactively flag data quality issues or analytical risks, and work with relevant teams to resolve them

- Support knowledge management bymaintainingshared repositories of datasets, queries, and reports

Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills able to work with data,identifypatterns, and draw clear conclusions

- High attention to detail and quality, with disciplined approach to documentation and version control

- Proficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint experience with process mapping and visualization tools (especiallyPowerBI)is beneficial

- Strong written and verbal communication skillsin English able to present complex informationin a clear and concise way

- Comfortable working with stakeholders atdifferent levelsand across functions and geographies





- Organized,detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in afast‑pacedenvironment

- Collaborative team player, open to feedback and committed to continuous learning

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technology-related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics)

- 3 years of experience as a data analyst, businessanalystor consultantwith strong analytical focus experience at a management consulting firm preferred

- Experience supporting transformation, operating model, process improvement, or large-scale change programs preferred

- Prior experience in professional services, financial services, or insurance is an advantage

Technical Skills
- Strongproficiencyin Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).

- Experience with at least one data visualization / BI tool (e.g., Power BI) to build and manage dashboards

- Solid SQL or similar querying skills for data extraction and transformation (or willingness to develop these rapidly)

- Comfort working with large, complex datasets and multiple source systems.

- Familiarity with basic statistical techniques (trend analysis, variance analysis, distributions, correlations) is a plus
