Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Store Sales Executive with 1–2 years of relevant retail sales experience to deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.
- Demonstrate product features and advantages to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable.

Store Operations
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.




- Coordinate with the warehouse or store team for stock availability.
- Handle billing support and payment coordination, if required.

Customer Support
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, or product availability.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily sales records and customer information.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and stock reports.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or store operations.
- Experience in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, retail, consumer goods, or similar industries will be preferred.
