Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Diploma/Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain stock registers, inward/outward records, and inventory documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
- Maintain store documents as per ISO 9001 standards.
- Operate ERP/Inventory Management Software and update stock transactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the store.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Store Operations
- Experience with ERP/Inventory Management Software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Understanding of ISO 9001 documentation
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
