- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team.
- Monitor store KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure accurate POS billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, HR, and support teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 5–8 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a Store Manager or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales planning.
- Experience with POS systems and retail reporting.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
