Role Overview

The STORE MANAGER will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations within the assigned area. This includes overseeing distributor networks, leading sales teams, and ensuring target achievement across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute area-wise sales strategy in line with company goals
- Drive secondary sales and ensure primary sales targets through effective distributor management
- Expand market coverage by increasing retail outlet reach and optimizing beat plans
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and brand presence in retail stores
- Lead a team of Sales Officers and support field team training and performance
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategy

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in STORE OPERATION, preferably with exposure to general trade

- Strong local market knowledge and good command of regional language(s)

- Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
