Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for all customers. This full-time, in office role is based in Lucknow and includes managing staff schedules, supervising visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.

Manager will monitor sales performance, drive revenue through effective customer service and upselling, and implement retail loss prevention measures. The role involves training and coaching team members, handling customer queries and escalations,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality in-store experience.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, lead store teams, and coordinate with management.
- Proven Store Management capabilities, including team supervision, inventory control, and sales performance tracking.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard merchandise and reduce shrinkage.
- Experience in retail fashion or lifestyle brands preferred, with understanding of tailoring or customization services considered an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and make decisions on the sales floor.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
