We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, achieving business targets, maintaining compliance with company standards, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the overall store operations during assigned shifts.

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards are consistently followed.

Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks to maximize team productivity and store performance.

Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company guidelines.

Oversee cash handling, banking, and till reconciliation while ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and implement effective stock control measures to minimize waste.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally,

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.

Robust leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage store operations, inventory, and financial controls effectively.

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
