Jaipur Morni is a Jaipur-based apparel brand, established in 2019, known for vibrant, contemporary clothing rooted in Jaipur’s textile heritage. We are looking for an energetic and sales-driven Store Manager cum Fashion Consultant to manage our factory showroom, catering to both retail customers and wholesale buyers .

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who is extremely proactive, confident, well-spoken and customer-focused . This is not just a store management position—the person should genuinely enjoy interacting with customers, understand fashion and styling, and have the ability to convert enquiries and walk-ins into sales .

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day operations of the factory showroom.
- Attend and assist both retail customers and wholesale buyers professionally and patiently.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable styles, sizes, colours and products.
- Act as a fashion consultant , helping customers put together looks and make confident purchase decisions.
- Proactively engage customers rather than waiting for them to ask for assistance.
- Drive sales and focus on achieving showroom conversions .
- Handle wholesale buyers, understand their requirements and showcase relevant collections.




- Build strong relationships with repeat retail and wholesale customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire buying experience.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is always organised and presentable.
- Coordinate with the backend/inventory team regarding stock availability and customer requirements.
- Maintain basic records of enquiries, customers, sales and follow-ups.
- Follow up with promising wholesale and retail leads to generate repeat business.

Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate should be:

- Extremely fluent in spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Smart, confident, presentable and well-groomed.
- Highly proactive and sales-oriented.
- Patient and comfortable dealing with different types of customers.
- Someone with a natural understanding of fashion, styling and apparel .
- Solid at convincing and converting customers without being overly pushy.
- Comfortable handling both individual retail shoppers and larger wholesale buyers.
- Organised, responsible and capable of taking complete ownership of the showroom.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, apparel, luxury retail, boutique sales or fashion consulting would be preferred.
- Most importantly: T he right candidate should actively understand what a customer wants, recommend the right products, follow up where required and create an experience that makes customers want to purchase and return.
