Key Deliverables:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with Airtel SOPs, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive store revenue and maintain cost efficiency by tracking transactions, optimizing budgets, and implementing loss prevention measures.
- Deliver excellent in-store customer experience by resolving issues promptly and ensuring knowledgeable assistance.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management, enabling informed decisions on store performance and improvement areas.
- Prepare store for formal launches and manage transitions during refits or conversions.

Role Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring effective performance management, coaching,



and training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance teams to align store initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing customer-centric processes and upholding service excellence.
- Ensure inventory control, coordinate with supply chain for product availability, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Maintain a secure store workplace through effective implementation of safety and asset protection measures.
