Job Title: Store Keeper Incharge Location: Attapur, Hyderabad Department: Operations / Supply Chain Reports To: Operations Manager / Central Kitchen Manager Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Keeper to manage inventory, stock movement, and material handling for our catering operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, timely issuance of materials, proper storage practices, and coordination with procurement and kitchen teams to maintain uninterrupted operations. Key Responsibilities' Manage daily inward and outward movement of stock, raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers. Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices. Ensure proper storage of food items as per hygiene and food safety standards. Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment.

Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Issue materials to kitchen and operations teams based on approved requests. Track expiry dates and implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.





Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and operations teams for smooth inventory management. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in catering, hospitality, F&B;, or central kitchen operations.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control. Familiarity with MS Excel and inventory software/ERP systems. Good numerical and record-keeping skills. Understanding of food safety and storage standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational setting.

Preferred

Skill's Inventory Management Stock Auditing Documentation & Reporting Material Handling Attention to Detail Team Coordination MS Excel & ERP Systems Qualifications Any Graduate / Intermediate / Diploma.

Experience in Hospitality, Catering, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchen, or Food Production is preferred.

Salary: 25000 to 35000 based on experience
