About Akshar Vision Arena (AVA)

Akshar Vision Arena (AVA) is a rapidly growing eye care and optical retail brand committed to providing exceptional eye care services, premium eyewear, and an outstanding customer experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Optical Store Manager to lead our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the optical store.

Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Lead, train, and motivate the store team.

Ensure accurate eye-test scheduling and smooth patient flow.

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.

Manage inventory, stock rotation, and product availability.

Reduce stock loss and improve inventory accuracy.

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, average bill value, and customer satisfaction.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or Retail Management is an advantage).

3–8 years of experience in Optical Retail, Healthcare Retail, Pharmacy, Lifestyle Retail, or Premium Retail.

Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is preferred.





Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/POS software.

Preferred Skills

Strong sales and business development mindset.

Knowledge of spectacle lenses, frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses is an advantage.

Ability to analyze store performance and improve profitability.

Good inventory and vendor management skills.

Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
