Store In-charge, Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.

- Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP (Inventory/Materials Management Module).

- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO, LIFO, and FEFO inventory management methods as applicable.

- Perform inventory planning, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical stock verification.

- Generate and maintain GRN, Material Issue Slips, Stock Transfer Notes, and Inventory Reports in SAP.

- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.

- Ensure proper material identification, bin management, labeling, and traceability.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with 5S standards.





- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy.

- Support internal and external audits by providing inventory records and documentation.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.

- 1-5 years of experience as a Store In-charge in a manufacturing industry.
