We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store In-Charge to manage site-level stores for CPWD/government building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of construction materials and tools. The role demands high levels of accuracy, record-keeping, and coordination with site teams to ensure timely material availability and compliance with CPWD norms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and consumables at the project site.

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, stock levels, and daily consumption.

- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and preservation of materials as per standard practices.

- Prepare and maintain Material Inward/Outward Registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), Issue Slips, and other store documentation.

- Coordinate with purchase department, vendors, and site engineers regarding material requirements and deliveries.

- Conduct regular physical stock verifications and reconcile with system records.





- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or surplus to the site/project manager.

- Ensure security of store premises and prevent loss/damage of materials.

- Maintain records of returnable and non-returnable materials and scrap disposal.

- Ensure compliance with CPWD material handling norms and project documentation standards.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Graduate / Diploma / ITI or equivalent (Preference to candidates with Store/Inventory Management training).

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as Store Keeper / Store In-Charge in construction or CPWD/government projects.

- Positive knowledge of construction materials, tools, and inventory control methods.

- Proficiency in manual and/or computer-based inventory systems (e.g., Excel, ERP).

- Strong record-keeping, documentation, and reporting skills.

- Ability to handle store independently and work under project timelines.

- Willingness to relocate and work at various project sites across India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
