Job Title: Store Executive

Industry: Manufacturing / Retail / Warehouse / Logistics

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, handling inward and outward material movements, and ensuring efficient storage and stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
- Handle material issuance as per production or operational requirements
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of materials
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
- Maintain documentation for GRN, delivery challans, and stock registers
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations




- Familiarity with ERP/SAP and MS Excel
- Positive organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong computer skills may also apply

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, FMCG, retail, or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO, LIFO, cycle counting, and material management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
