Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior NetApp Storage Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with NetApp storage solutions, storage administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support NetApp storage environments (ONTAP, FAS, AFF).

Configure and manage storage provisioning, volumes, snapshots, SnapMirror, and replication.

Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability.

Perform storage upgrades, migrations, and health checks.

Troubleshoot storage-related issues and provide timely resolution.

Work closely with server, virtualization, backup, and network teams.

Implement storage security, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.





Prepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Provide L2/L3 support and participate in on-call activities when required.

Required Skills

6–10 years of experience in Storage Administration.

Strong experience with NetApp ONTAP, FAS, and AFF platforms.

Knowledge of SAN, NAS, FC, iSCSI, and NFS/CIFS protocols.

Experience with SnapMirror, SnapVault, and storage replication.

Familiarity with VMware, Windows, and Linux environments.

Good understanding of storage performance tuning and capacity planning.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

NetApp Certified Professional (NCTA, NCDA, or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience with cloud storage integration is an added advantage.
